The Field instruments are devices which measure physical quantities such as temperature, pressure, flow, level, distance, angle, etc. They could be simple thermometers or may be some complex and multi-variable process analyzers. Field Instruments are often part of a control system on the input side. Refineries, factories and vehicles are fitted with the instruments which sense and display the information. There are also hand-held instruments having specific functions. Smoke detectors are one type of instrument. The instruments attached to any control system provide signals which normally are meant for operating solenoids, valves, regulators, circuit breakers or relays. Output variables are controlled through them. Similarly a transmitter is a device that produces an output signal. Such signals can be used for informational purposes and can be sent to a PLC, DCS, SCADA or any such automation system.
Pressure, flow, temperature, level, Field Mount indicator are some of the Field instruments that the students of Wiztech during the Automation Training would be exposed to. The salient features of the Field instruments, the purpose of them, the type of functioning, ease, comfort and robustness of the instruments are dependent on the features of the specific instruments. Wiztech Automation Training would enable students to understand all the aspects of field instruments in the context of industrial automation. Automation Training at Wiztech would enable clarified knowledge in the subject.
The individual focus that Wiztech Automation provides makes the students very comfortable and they enjoy their time space for better understanding and assimilation. After the students complete their Training, the students are certified in the course completion and are also provided placement for job opportunities. While on Field Instruments Training, depending on the requirement the students who hail from outside Chennai city and also outside Tamil Nadu, are provided free accommodation.
